Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast
"I cook alot and have never written a review. Now this one I just had to write. It was easy and wonderful. I cut up vegetables night before. When I got up I browned and put in oven. My husband took it out of oven. I made a gravy by taking out some liquid and adding a cold smooth flour mixture. Cooked till it got perfect. Served it over meat"
