"These are the very best oatmeal cookies I have made. Everyone loved them. The only thing I would change was the icing. I think they are excellent plain but if I did the icing again it would be a simple butter cream icing and drizzled on the cool cookies.

"This is a great recipe. I followed the directions exactly and it came out perfect. I did add beef both to cover the bottom of the roasting pan. I was hesitate since I have made many prime ribs the tradional way. We were having company for Christmas dinner and I made an 8 lb roast. Only a few piece were left. You really should try this easy recipe.
