I made this tonight for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Based on other reviews, I doubled the vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. I made the filling exactly otherwise. It made more than one pie, so I had another pie pan and just cooked the pie without a crust. My kids loved it. I am really excited about taking it to my family's tomorrow. Thanks Pau...
