This recipe makes way more than 5-6 servings, like 20 or more. My family wouldn't eat it and they are used to eating couscous even when traveling in Morocco. Sorry, Giada, this time it didn't work.
By the way, if you don't follow the recipe, should you really be posting a review on a variation of the recipe that you made up yourself??"

O.K. so we all know this is not a real souffle, right? That being said, I was somewhat supicious when I saw a cup of WHITE sugar and no spices. I cut back on the white sugar and substituted a smaller amount of brown which isn't as sweet. Added a tiny bit of pineapple juice because I like to put crushed pineapple [well-drained]into our sweet pot...
