"This recipe makes way more than 5-6 servings, like 20 or more. My family wouldn't eat it and they are used to eating couscous even when traveling in Morocco. Sorry, Giada, this time it didn't work.

"O.K. so we all know this is not a real souffle, right? That being said, I was somewhat supicious when I saw a cup of WHITE sugar and no spices. I cut back on the white sugar and substituted a smaller amount of brown which isn't as sweet.
