Tasty! I added a small handful of semi sweet chocolate chips and a few table spoons of wheat bran? I thought 2 cups of sugar was a ridiculous amount, so I used frozen extra ripe bananas. I zapped them in the microwave to get them really soft juicy. The extra juices made the muffin even more banana-y and that extra cup of sugar I didn't use wasn't "
