"Cannot believe how easy and delicious this recipe is! I did not have instant tapioca so I used 2 tbsp corn starch instead and it worked very well. The pie also cut and came out of the pie plate beautifully, even the first piece which is often hard to get out."
Reviewed Tomato-Basil Bread Pudding
"This recipe was a big hit. Quick and easy to make and tasted delicious. I made half the recipe and it worked well. The pudding went well with a ham loaf my husband loves and sliced avocado, one of my favorites. Nice to have starch and veggie in one.
