Reviewed chipotle salsa

Oct 19, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Wow! I made this today, wondering how it compared to Ree's other salsa recipe that I use all the time. It did not disappoint one bit! This is excellent. The chipotle peppers add such a nice spicy flavor (I used 2 1/2 peppers) and it was so easy to put everything in the food processor, blend and you are done! This may be our new favorite. It is...

This was a clever idea and really yummy! It is a fairly healthy alternative to ice cream. The recipe was super easy and fun to do. I plan on trying it again a few times with other fruit flavors. Thanks for the recipe!

Reviewed quick and spicy tomato soup

Mar 2, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was delightfully easy and so good! The crushed red pepper added just enough spice. I loved using the marinara sauce in the soup as all the essential herbs/seasonings were already there. I even used the lighter healthy pasta sauce and the low sodium chicken broth and it was still plenty salty! I definitely will make this again.

This was excellent and so full of flavor. My husband raved about it and said he thought it was restaurant quality. It was a team effort--me on salsa duty and him on the grill. I loved that! I'm adding this to my go to recipes! "

Reviewed Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Grilled Pineapple Relish

Aug 9, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made this for dinner and WOW! The sweet and spicy flavors of both the pork and relish compliment the dish so well. It has the perfect slight spice--the tablespoon of crushed red pepper may seem over the top, but it is not. It is also so simple to toss together--I loved that. A real winner here for the Sandwich King! He deserves a crown! "

This salsa is delicious! My family keeps asking for it over and over again. It is fresh and the perfect spice. You would never guess it has canned tomatoes in it. Use a smaller pepper if you want it less spicy. I have made it twice and used a bit more garlic the second time--perfect! "

This was quite easy and very good! Perfect for a summer night pasta! I did add the lemon juice that others suggested and topped it with grated parm cheese. My daughter suggested adding fresh tomatoes and toasted pine nuts just before that final toss. I'll have to try that next time. I also added a little extra crushed red pepper as we like ...
