Reviewed Sunday Night Roast Beef and Gravy with Easy Rice

This came out fabulous, but I made several adjustments:
1. baked at 275 for 1-1/2 hrs, then turned up the oven to 300 for the last half hour
2. I elevated my roast on a rack so it wouldn't be sitting in its own juices
3. I adjusted the seasoning (don't like the spicy stuff)

I didn't have thyme so I made these without. Of note: my oven is fairly new and is spot-on accurate with temperature. I did leave these for the 30 minutes exactly as instructed and they came out a little over done, so next time I'll bake them for 25 minutes."

Made this bread today - it was super easy (using dough hook) and rose beautifully. This recipe made two regular size loaves. It has a delicate taste and fine crumb. We ate an entire loaf at dinner and have one to spare for sandwiches. Excellent - will definitely make it again."
