"Jumping on the band wagon here. GREAT and easy. Did the substitutes (vanilla for cognac) and I used 2 Golden Delicious, 2 Fuji and 2 Wine Sap apples. It is so tasty, I don't think I will go back to store bought. Can't wait to play around with the recipe for different flavors.""
