Reviewed Roasted Tomato Soup

Tasty and quick, followed the recipe but added tomatoe paste to enhance the plum tomatoes that I used. I did NOT remove skin on the tomatoes and the immersion blender took care of it. Our tomatoes weren't even that great since they were not in season so I can't wait until to try it again when they are. Will make again. Another winner from Tyler"

Delicous! My husband seen this on tv if I would have seen this episode I would have said pass on this recipe. However my husband just finished making it for the second time and I am glad he didn't pass it up. He Followed recipe both times didn't change much although we did not have fresh pasta and Second time we didn't have butter in the house b"

First time with the recipe and it is a keeper! The sauce was perfect full of hearty flavor. Easy to make. The only thing I left out was the burboun since I din't have any and I cant imagine how much better it could have gotten. Will make again. ""

This is an EXCELLENT recipe. Easy and tasty better than any bisque soup I had out. Ina always has great classics made easy. I used lobster because I had left overs and it was great! I can’t wait to try it with shrimp. Few changes besides the lobster, I used 1 cup half and half and one cup 2 percent milk to cut the amount of fat and I sautéed...
