We have made this recipe several times with one modification. We add the zest of one orange and its juice (which is about 1/4 cup liquid). We decrease the water to 3/4 cup. Double the recipe! Why go through all of these steps and only have a few servings? Fantastic with potato latkes!

I have made these 3 times. These are fantastic and EASY. I suggest you make the dough the night before as it continues to rise in the fridge overnight. I always use 2% milk instead of whole to cut back on calories. I always halve the recipe. Even so, I can fill 3 pie pans full of rolls with half of the recipe.

Disregard the bad reviews! This was so easy and delicious! The perfect meal for a week night because it was easy and healthy. Based on the previous recommendations I used panko bread crumbs and added some olive oil to the mix before I put it on the fish. I will serve this again!
