My Activity

Reviewed Roasted Sausages and Grapes

"Delicious taste of Tuscany. Easy to make and everyone loved it. Served it with mashed potatoes as kids don't like polenta and it was lovely. Always winners with Ina!"

Reviewed Salmon Cakes

"Best salmon cakes ever...and I can see translating this to crab cakes too.
The only thing I added was a light dredging in panko prior to frying. You must chill them before forming and then put the prepped ones int the fridge while waiting to fry so they don't fall apart.
But everyone loved them especially the hubby who is very critical of any sea"

Reviewed Fresh Peach Cake

"Absolutely delicious! Followed all the instructions and used some peaches that were overripe. Moist and savory and so tasty with the peach, cinnamon, pecan combo. The whole family loved it.
Always winners from my favorite gal Ina!"

Reviewed White Bean and Chicken Chili

"Delicious and easy! I used chicken breasts cubes. Served it with whole wheat pasta shells for the kids. The cheesy scallion bread was also a great side. No leftovers means it's another home run for Giada!

Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

"Fantastic! These are the gnocchi no chef would ever teach you to make- light, fluffy and delicately delicious . Anne shared great secrets- bake and rice the potatoes, chill before mixing and cook till fluffy. We devoured these. Anne is my new fave because she tells you the true secrets. Love her!!
