Reviewed Biscuits
"This is a great recipe, light, fluffy, airy biscuits. Even my wife likes them and she usually doesn't care that much for biscuits. I read the negative reports and thought they were funny. For example a recipe for biscuits should not have to tell you to preheat oven, if your are going to bake for 12 to 15 minutes you should realize that you can not put them in a cold oven, it will take at least 10 minutes to reach desired tempature. If you cook biscuits much at all you should know the temperature should be between 425 and 450. Also you can not roll them real thin and think they will rise like a yeast roll. If you roll about 3/4 to 1 inch and bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes this recipe makes great biscuits. Please learn to cook before you criticize Paula."
