Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake

This cake looks good but, needs a lot of work. First off, buy a specialty pan, normally a 9 x 3 pan is a spring form, but the caramel will leak out of a spring form causing a horrible mess in the oven. Cooled caramel is stiff and hard to cut, I would recommend looking for another caramel recipe. Cake has a dense dry heavy crumb and would benefit f"
