About Me
I am a single mother of a 15 year-old daughter. I like simple, quick recipes with 10 ingredients or less and prep time of no more than 30 minutes (teenagers are impatient when hungry). I am self-employed as a designer from my home office/studio. "Homey" would describe my cooking style, favoring chicken, pork and fish to beef. I don't care for Italian food, prefer Asian, but my daughter and her friends love my meatloaf, orange chicken and an asian inspired pork stir-fry. I love quilting and most needlework, cooking for my daughter and her friends and all of my friends at our church.
