Reviewed Homemade Mayonnaise

I like this easy recipe but made a few alterations based on previous reviews. I cut the vinegar in 1/2 and added some sugar. But after taste testing discovered it was still too be too vinegary and would suggest that it either needs 1 T. of vinegar and the dijon mustard or 2 T. vinegar and no mustard. I think the next batch will be just right! "
