"OMG! To die for. I was so embarrassed at the way my salmon turned out it was pink with a white tough texture. Last week Ina cooked this salmon with lentils and I watched diligently A very hot pan, oil, 2 minutes down, DO NOT MOVE, 4 - 5 minutes in a 450 degree oven ...... Perfection.
