For those that the dough was too sticky, I have found that if I use
low fat buttermilk you don't need as much. This could be the problem. Maybe on one of Ina's shows, buttermilk will be discussed. "

Wonderful!!! Also saw the recipe on American Test Kitchen They used
Russett potatoes and used chopsticks on either side of the potatoes
when sliceing Then ran potatoes under running water as the Russett potatoes have a lot of starch in them This prevents the slices from sticking together. Love all of Ina's recipes."
