"This indeed was a wonderful soup. I put the squash in the microwave as suggested by another reviewer and it worked out perfectly. Soup is very creamy.. I didn't have any fontina so I just added a few garlic croutons before serving. Big hit in our house and will definitely make again!!! thanks Giada. "
