Really delicious sauce. The wine and Pernod, along with the fennel seed, lends a unique flavor to the dish. We loved it!

Delicious! I cooked the rice in chicken broth, and that added flavor, but made the rice beige instead of white. Also, I added a little fresh thyme at the end. I could eat this as a meal in itself!
