Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket

Would give it zero stars if that was an option. I am an experienced cook, and this is the worst thing I have ever cooked. It is inedible! I spit it out. Now, what do I do with this brisket that tastes like a rubber tire? I did follow the recipe EXACTLY. I have been pleased with Ree's other recipes that I have tried, but this is awful.

This was great. I think better than Giada's. I used a little more broth than called for. Just personal preference. This is a keeper.

Easiest & best turkey ever. Will never brine again. Dark meat was done and white meat was moist. Cooked a 10 pound turkey and it was cooked in 1 hour and 45 minutes and beautifully browned. Flavor was great. Will be my turkey recipe forever.

OMG, we could not get enough of this. Sounded like an odd sandwich, but a friend told me it was great. My friend made her sandwiches with Sourdough bread...so...I made with pumpernickel as listed in the recipe and also w/ sourdough. We loved it both ways. I also seasoned with the lemon pepper when I sautéed the asparagus. Truly a keeper and gr"

This was so good! I used leftover turkey and I added peas and very small cubed (cooked) yukon gold potatoes. I omitted the pearl onions. I did however, use the very small...
