Reviewed Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs

Tasty...Indeed. I cooked the couscous in "Better than Bullion" and doubled the parsley. Of course by using the BTB (it is lower in salt than bullion) I just put a pinch of salt in. I didn't put the rosemary in. Oh, I happened to have smoked almonds on hand, so I used those.
