Reviewed Israeli Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs

"Tasty...Indeed. I cooked the couscous in "Better than Bullion" and doubled the parsley. Of course by using the BTB (it is lower in salt than bullion) I just put a pinch of salt in. I didn't put the rosemary in. Oh, I happened to have smoked almonds on hand, so I used those.

About Me

Retired...senior lecturer from large University in PA.  Now a fulltime chef for my wife and daughter (who is getting married soon and moving out).  Now into Lent, and so I will be more challenged to get tasty meals that are high in protein and low in carbs on the table.
