As usual, Emeril comes through again. After reading many of the reviews (all positive), I had to try it. This was outstanding and definitely tasted like it was from a restaurant. I made a few slight modifications like canned fish stock and cut the recipe almost in half. I did use crawfish after reading Emeril's Crawfish Etoufee recipe. But, ...
