I made this last night and wow it was fantastic! I will say that I made it way to spicy and I like spicy food. Next time I will only do 1/2 Tsp of Cayenne instead of 1 Tsp, she did warn us. The flavors were amazing and beef was perfectly cooked. I think Im going to try pork or chicken next time, just to see how the flavors change.

This again is a great recipe from Aarti. I have read some other reviews and they said that it lacked something. I found that if I use the fenugreek leaves it doesn't have the same punch as if I use the fenugreek seeds ground up. So maybe give that try, and I would say that you need to add fenugreek leaves or ground seed to get that indian flavor...

If you have never cooked any type of curry this is a great place to start. This recipe is very very easy and the end result has always been good. Just becarefull not to over cook the chicken because then it can get tough.
