Reviewed Goan Beef Curry with Vinegar: Beef Vindaloo

"I made this last night and wow it was fantastic! I will say that I made it way to spicy and I like spicy food. Next time I will only do 1/2 Tsp of Cayenne instead of 1 Tsp, she did warn us. The flavors were amazing and beef was perfectly cooked. I think Im going to try pork or chicken next time, just to see how the flavors change.

Reviewed Chicken in Creamy Tomato Curry: Chicken Tikka Masala

"This again is a great recipe from Aarti. I have read some other reviews and they said that it lacked something. I found that if I use the fenugreek leaves it doesn't have the same punch as if I use the fenugreek seeds ground up. So maybe give that try, and I would say that you need to add fenugreek leaves or ground seed to get that indian flavor don't leave it out. Thats just me...

Thanks again Aarti

Reviewed Green Chicken Curry

"If you have never cooked any type of curry this is a great place to start. This recipe is very very easy and the end result has always been good. Just becarefull not to over cook the chicken because then it can get tough.

What I have done with this receipe is to cook the chicken in the masala, then I remove the chicken just before its done. Once the masala is done cooking then I will add the chicken back in to finish up. This is how I make sure I don't over cook the chicken.

I'm sure its not the right way but it works for me, and everyone I have made this for have raved about Aarti's Green Chicken Curry.

Thanks Aarti
