Loved it. Since we were by the pool and couldn't use glass, we drank out of red plastic cups and used mint sprigs instead of strawberries for garnish. Luckily, someone knew how to correctly make a simple syrup because the only thing the recipe said was "1 cup sugar" and we all knew something was wrong with THAT.

I didn't find that the herbes de provence were the right flavor profile to mesh with the avocado cream. Not sure what I'd use in their place, though. The avocado cream is delicious with oven fries seasoned with a nice smoky paprika. Maybe I'd use the paprika on the tofu. ""

Pretty good, BUT I disagree that the sweetened condensed milk is sufficient enough sugar. I tasted the "batter" before putting it in the pan and realized it need a jooj of additional sweetness. Not much more! I only added a third of a cup of organic sugar, and it was perfect.
