Reviewed seafood skewers on a bed of chile-garlic spinach

Easy peasy way to cook seafood. I broiled mine about 10 minutes to get it looking right! I also used Tilapia as I couldn't get Halibut. I was thinking a good substitute for spinach might be kale. Also l used a diced jalape���o as I didn't have a Fresno chile.

Amazing recipe, but plan on spending a lot of time in preparation. It will be worth it! The beef is so succulent and the flavor with the caramelized onions and mushrooms is out of this world.
