Reviewed Surf and Turf Burgers
"I thought the burgers were too "bready" tasting. I'll probably make them again but cut down on the panko and add some additional pureed shrimp. Aside from that, they were really great... lots and lots of flavor, some good heat from the jalapenos, and the chunks of shrimp were delicious. There was lots of chopping/preparing involved (I think next time I'll just throw everything in the food-processor, but it was great to do everything in the morning and then let them sit in the fridge all day and have them ready to fry up at dinnertime.
