This is my go-to recipe for Thanksgiving! I place the turkey in one of those xl ziplock bags, place the bag in an ice chest, then pour the brine into the bag to cover the turkey, and fill the cooler with ice. I brine for 3 days, adding ice as needed. It is so flavorful and moist!"
