I watched the show and tried my best to concentrate on the cooking (food. I used sweet italian johnsonville brats and the good sweet marsala. My oh my! The obstacle was my sauce; too much. So we ate them open face on egg noodles and I was king. This is now my (weekly tailgating staple and the first to go every time. Must try!"

This was a hit. Great the next day also (1 1/2 min. in microwave). You need 6 poblano peppers precooked for 15 minutes at 400 and according to the recipe you cut off 1/4 to allow filling. Watch the video and read instuctions carefully and will come out fine. Will make again.
