Reviewed The Ultimate Barbecued Ribs

We found the cooking time to be off to insure the meat breaks down to it's tenderest. 3 hours at 250 then 1.5 hours basting every 30 minutes. Finally 20 minutes over a hot fire to caramelize. I placed stripes of bacon over the ribs while they were cooking. Added a rally nice flavor. As for the sauce, we found it overly sweet so we added 1T of caye"
