"Overall my husband and I really liked the flavor and I will definitely make them again. My only problem was that mine did not come out crispy but really soggy and I don't know why. My only thought is that maybe my tomato was too juicy (which it was...Could that be it? I did follow all the steps carefully and put them in the oven immediately. I am open to suggestions.
