Reviewed Corn Muffins with Bacon Bits and Cheddar Cheese
"i used jiffy mix, added sour cream to the mix, and made the bacon extra crispy, left out the chives. i also didn't use oil to cook the bacon. they came out very good, i paired it with wolf chili beans and it made a quick easy meal, my family loved it. i think i'll try switching the bacon to sausage for a breakfast version, all in all delicious :"
