I got tired of making mussels the same way so I decided to try this. It was great. I added pasta to it and thicken the sauce as well. The only thing I did wrong was add a little too much salt but other than that it was great. This is my next go to mussel recipe. "

Reviewed Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Was debating if I should try this or not. I am glad that I did. I need to walk away from the oven before it's all gone and the guest doesn't get any. This is wonderful. I have never made stuffed mushrooms before and this came out PERFECT. I used the Panko Bread crumbs much crunchier. Everything was marvelous! I will certainly be doing this again.

This turned out PERFECT!! I will be doing this again. I have to hide it where the kids can't see it before its all gone and I have nothing to serve for dinner. :) Very easy to make. I did slice the potatoes thin as well and its wonderful. When you put the cream in it doesn't smell like it would taste that good but after its done Voila! Perfect Scalloped...
