Fantastic dish. I have never tried Polenta before, but if this is what it is supposed to taste like, I'm SOLD!

I added an extra 2-3 cloves of garlic and an extra 2-3 oz of Parmessan cheese. LOVED IT! I look forward to making this for family and friends."

This recipe was a complete disaster. The measurements were completely off and the final product was a crumbly mess after I made adjustments. I mean seriously... 1/4 cup of water to 2 cups of sugar??? Are you kidding? I made the recipe to a T and ended up with powder.. I added enough water to turn it into a dough and had high expectations.. the next...
