Reviewed Spanish Chicken and Potato Roast

Learning from other posts, I reduced the amount of onions (and thankful that I did) and added the chicken as a top layer when I started to roast the potatoes to allow the chicken to cook longer (again, thankful that I did.) The recipe is tasty but the chicken began making a mess of the oven in less than 15 minutes of roasting at 500 degrees. I low"

A dish that even non-cauliflower eaters will like. It's tasty, flexible, easy to prepare, and ready in no time. I substituted some chicken stock and salt for chicken base. I'm sure you could add other herbs to change the flavor. We'll definitely have this again. "

OMG, this was sooooooo good. If you drink wine, you MUST serve it with a pinot grigio. Couldn't get my son to eat the potatoes but they were fantabulous. Had no heavy cream and no fresh herbs but dried herbs and milk served as fine subsitutes. You gotta try this! "
