Reviewed Mini Sweet Potato Pies
"I was little skeptical at first about using canned yams but after reading all the reviews I decided to try the recipe as it was written...and OMG..it was perfect and was a hit at the Thankgiving potluck for work. The next time I made them I added a little bourbon and OMG..this made them something real special and were also a hit for the Xmas party.
