"BRILLIANT! I have made many chicken tortilla soups before, but this is by far the best one yet! The fresh corn is definitely the way to go, the sweetness of it against the spicy is amazing! I didnt have ancho so i substituted the canned chipotle and added black beans. I also used all chicken stock instead of water. I CANT STOP EATING IT!""
