"I found this recipe delicious, but I also made adjustments to it like adding more flavor enhancers to the applewood chunks by soaking them in allspice seasoning and apple flavored water. It worked out very well. I will definitely be making this again. The beer brine was great on the turkey parts as well.

About Me
I am currently in Culinary Arts School at New England Culinary Institute working on my 2nd Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality and Restaurant Management). I have over 25 years of customer service experience in Office Administration and began my culinary career in 2003. I have enjoyed my work in the food service industry and felt that with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management I will open my own restaurant or manage a very affluent restaurant one day.
