Delicious! The smoked gouda adds great flavor, and the amount called for in the recipe could be easily cut in half. I cooked the onions longer than suggested, and used thyme instead of rosemary - just my preference. To save fat grams, I used egg substitute and non-fat cottage cheese. An easy, affordable meal with lots of protein and fiber!"

Made it for the first time tonight - very tasty dish! I really love the buttermilk-garlic mashed potatoes, and I used about double the amount of buttermilk to make them creamy. Next time I will cut the onion into smaller slices - mine were a bit hard to manage on the plate."

I really liked the flavor of the mustard/curry coating, and the crunch of the panko made the chicken very tasty. I didn't care for the ketchup dipping sauce (my personal taste - hubby liked it a lot), so I used ranch dip. Next time I will try a spicy mayo or mustard-based dip.
