"This was awesome! Very simple, the fish came out perfectly. I had quinoa as the side to go with it.
The only thing I may change next time is less shallots and slightly less lime juice. Onion and lime taste was a bit strong but that is only if you are being really picky. I really loved the recipe and will be making it again. "

"I have made this a few times and really enjoy it, I add some cayenne pepper as well to make it extra spicy. Normally I do not have mint around so I skipped on the mint and added cilantro."

"Definitely a hit at our party, everyone kept talking about it. Will definitely make it again."
"Great salsa, I have made this a few times already and really enjoy it. Very simple, fresh, healthy salsa. I used less oil, lots of cilantro and have made it both with and without the peppers. Hot sauce is a great addition as well. I will definitely continue to use this when guests come over. "

"This recipe tastes amazing, we are permanently adding this to our dinner menu. Very simple and quick! Love it!"
"I love how healthy and simple this recipe is. Very quick and easy to make but the dumplings were not fluffy at all. They were like glue balls, very sticky and non-food like. I followed the recipe exactly but the dumpling consistency was horrible. I want to make this recipe again but I need to find a way to make the dumplings fluffy yet still healt"
