Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth
"This was awesome! Very simple, the fish came out perfectly. I had quinoa as the side to go with it.
The only thing I may change next time is less shallots and slightly less lime juice. Onion and lime taste was a bit strong but that is only if you are being really picky. I really loved the recipe and will be making it again. "
Reviewed Curried Chicken and Rice Soup
"I have made this a few times and really enjoy it, I add some cayenne pepper as well to make it extra spicy. Normally I do not have mint around so I skipped on the mint and added cilantro."
Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Dip
"Definitely a hit at our party, everyone kept talking about it. Will definitely make it again."
Reviewed Roasted Corn, Pepper, and Black Bean Salsa
"Great salsa, I have made this a few times already and really enjoy it. Very simple, fresh, healthy salsa. I used less oil, lots of cilantro and have made it both with and without the peppers. Hot sauce is a great addition as well. I will definitely continue to use this when guests come over. "

"This recipe tastes amazing, we are permanently adding this to our dinner menu. Very simple and quick! Love it!"
Reviewed Hearty Chicken and Dumplings Lightened-Up

I followed the recipe exactly but the dumpling consistency was horrible. I want to make this recipe again but I need to find a way to make the dumplings fluffy yet still healt"
