Reviewed swiss and bacon dip

Great dip, people were calling it the crack dip at our party. I followed the instructions loosely, added a pound of bacon, block of shredded swiss, 2 packages of cream cheese, olive oil mayo, horseradish, stone ground mustard and no scallions(forgot to buy at store). Tasted great!

I had to cook them for longer than the recipe called for and I decided to put the oven on at a higher temp since they were not cooking very quickly.

I think the recipe should require you to de-grease them half way through or something. All of the grease made them very soggy which is why I cooked them for more time.

This was awesome! Very simple, the fish came out perfectly. I had quinoa as the side to go with it.

The only thing I may change next time is less shallots and slightly less lime juice. Onion and lime taste was a bit strong but that is only if you are being really picky. I really loved the recipe and will be making it again. "

Great salsa, I have made this a few times already and really enjoy it. Very simple, fresh, healthy salsa. I used less oil, lots of cilantro and have made it both with and without the peppers. Hot sauce is a great addition as well. I will definitely continue to use this when guests come over. "

I love how healthy and simple this recipe is. Very quick and easy to make but the dumplings were not fluffy at all. They were like glue balls, very sticky and non-food like.
