Way, way, way too much breadcrumbs! Dry. Seriously all that is necessary is cook veges a maybe add a little cream and the cheese and top with a few breadcrumbs. Stick in oven for a bit to brown crumbs. I'll do my own thing. Sorry Emeril.

Yes, very tasty and different. My squash was large, so portion was a bit much, otherwise recipe is easy. Certainly could use canned tomatoes, or a prepared marinara sauce to save time.

Based on how good this was and how quick and easy it was to make , it's a five star. I used creme fraich (sp), Didn't have marscapone. We don't do milk so used soy..worked fine. Added lemon juice...a must. Served with pasta and broccoli. "
