We saw Melissa make this pudding when our adult (just out of college and in her own apartment and cooking for herself!) was visiting in 2010. Our daughter, who enjoys spicy Indian and Thai food, really liked the idea of a spicy pudding. And since she was a new cook on a limited budget, she liked how easy to make and inexpensive the pudding was....
