Reviewed Grilled Vegetables

"Easy, fast and yummy! THat extra vineagrette was also very easy and gave it that umph!... I had to replace the fresh herbs with dried ones but still came out very yummy! Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

"Suprisingly we all loved it! Even the kids!... I followed all the recipe as indicated but only changed two things. Instead of Olive oil to cook the coated chicken I just used the spray & suprisingly it cooked well. I used diced tomatoes instead & after they boiled I crushed them more to make it more saucy. .. When everything was done & I transfered it from the oven dish to the plates it was NOT soggy at all! (maybe it was the cooking spray that i used instead of the oil when I initially cooked it).... Either way, Im not a beginner but Im not an intermediate cook yet either, and this recipe was easy and quicker than I expected and overal delicious! It taste good for being the healthier version of the original. Its a keeper! **Oh and I did use a little more break crums & parmecian cheese).
