I am a home cook with a great deal of cooking experience. I have been watching cooking shows dating back to Julia Childs on PBS. I grew up in Sicily eating sun dried tomato, pesto, proschiutto, parmigiano regiano and lots of other great foods way before these goods were discovered in the US. I entertain a great deal and my guest never refuse a dinner invitation to my house. I am a "foodie" no doubt about it. Love the food channel!
