"Absolutely delicious. I cut back on the butter a bit and substituted a bit of extra light olive oil. The cake still turned out very rich. I also used fresh pineapple juice instead of water for the caramel since I had so much on hand. The rating gave me doubts, but I'm glad I read the reviews... a one star rating because you foolishly burned you""
