"I do not understand what everyone is so excited about. This salmon is very bland and the baking time of 25 minutes leaves it SO overcooked and dry! It sounded like a long time, so I checked it after 20 minutes and it was already overcooked. I gave it 2 stars because it was edible, but highly disappointing. Just use a different salmon recipe.""
