Reviewed Next Day Turkey Soup
"Wow, this was amazing! We made it from a turkey carcass that had been brined, and the flavor was very rich. My son said it was the best soup he ever had. Like other readers who used a brined turkey, I didn't add any salt. I didn't have mashed potatoes, so cut up some fingerling potatoes and sauteed them with the onions, carrots, and celery. Will definitely make this again!
