Reviewed Vegetable Meatloaf with Balsamic Glaze

I loved this recipe! Although I made a few changes, based on what I had on hand. I used ground venison instead of turkey. I also shredded the zucchini instead of dicing, and I used half whole wheat bread crumbs, half italian bread crumbs instead of panko. For the herbs, I used basil, oregano and rosemary from my garden.
