These were easy to make and SOOO good. My only recommendation is to definitely make sure the oil is hot enough so they brown quickly and remain soft (yet not raw in the center. Will definitely make these again."

This is the best crab cake recipe ever! We haven't found a crab cake whether in a restaurant or in another home that tastes as good. Worth the effort. The only change I made is that I refrigerate the mixture before forming into cakes and then again after breading. Makes them much easier to handle.""
