Very good flavor, did leave out the adobo and substituted green onion for cilantro since I didn't have any on hand. I marinated the steak for 2 hours but would have preferred to have done it for 4 hours.

This guacamole is always a hit! Substituted shallot for red onion and followed the recipe as written. The lemon juice is key to the flavor.

Very good but needed to add 1 tbs of white wine vinegar to the dressing. Also added goat cheese but might not do that next time.

Made one day ahead for Christmas. Thought the flavor was good but the texture was a bit "eggy" on the bottom. I'm wondering if I did not sink it down well enough into the egg mixture over night.

Substituted meyer lemons and reduced the sugar to 1 cup for a double batch. Served with creme fraiche whipped cream. Should have cooked them a bit longer. Made 6 six large ramekins out of double batch and cooked for about 40 mins. Needed another 5-10 mins but was still delicious. "
